Service Description

Pricing is based on the size of the property along with the cleanliness/dirt level of the property. Each property size has a range of pricing. Property viewing's are required before each first clean. Ex: a 2 bedroom house can price between $100-175 due to the multiple factors at hand when giving an estimate.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel up to 48 hours before scheduled cleaning. Failure to do so will result in 50% charge of estimated price given at time of scheduling. Thank you for understanding! Clients can reschedule up to 24 hours before scheduled cleaning as long as a set date is chosen.
